The Maple Grove was opened in August, 2003 by Valerie Brown. Each season we welcome visitors and guests from all over Canada, USA and International locations.
All of the baking is done by Valerie each morning inside the restaurant bakery kitchen. Each day 2 soups are on our menu, both are made from fresh local ingredients and are very popular even during the hottest summer days. Maple Grove is licensed and carries a selection of beers and wines. We invite you to join us for a simple but wholesome lunch either inside the glassed in green awned veranda tea room or outside on the always peaceful patio. Located inside the 1866 Provincial Heritage House and now museum of former owner,
explorer and entrepreneur, Capt. William Kennedy. On the banks of the Red River, Kennedy House
is enveloped by beautiful lush grounds and a sunken peaceful flower gardens that are tended by
Diane, gardener for the Province of Manitoba.
The museum is available for self discovery and there is no charge for entry.

The restaurant area of the house is available for wedding receptions, anniversary/birthday or meetings by special reservation, evenings only. Your meal is catered from our own kitchens, and served by our staff.
